Rules & Conditions
Deadline for film entries September 15th 2010!
There is no registration fee.
The maximum length of the film canreach up to 2 minutes, including titles.
Genre of the film: action, animation, documentation,
fans’ creations, drama, experimental, flash movies,
with the use of a mobile phone.
Formats of films: Quicktime or avi (picture: 720x576 pixels),
compression– DV-PAL, 48kh sound, recorded to DVD disc,
PAL video DVD.
If film language is not English, english subtitles must be added.
All submissions will be subject to an evaluation and selection
procedure run by the jury of the festival.
Projects will not be returned for any reason
and the festival organization retains the right to
use the material for advertising and promotional purposes
as well as for general cultural use (not commercial of course)
or for the establishment of a digital library, at any time in the future.
The jury is entitled to reject films due to obscene, racial, offending
or advertising content, according to the judgement of its members.
